The EP3000 fully automatic infrared oil analyzer consists of a computer host, operating software, infrared spectroscopy system, and magnetic stirring extraction system. The extraction solvent (CCl4 or C2Cl4) is used according to the extraction ratio, and the drum type three-dimensional stirring extraction technology is used to extract the oil in the water. Then, the extraction solution is filtered to remove water and impurities and introduced into a colorimetric dish. Next, the infrared spectroscopy system is used for analysis and measurement. If the magnesium silicate filtration device is installed, it can also measure the content of petroleum and animal and vegetable oils. After measurement, the instrument automatically discharges waste and cleans the pipeline. The entire process is automated, without the need for operators to come into contact with carbon tetrachloride, including automatic sampling, extraction, water and impurity removal, measurement, cleaning, drainage, and data storage.
